Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

In addition to this statutory right, Valeja offers a 30-day free return policy on all eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused
Be in the same condition as received
Include all original tags
Be in its original packaging
Be accompanied by proof of purchase

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items exempt under law, such as gift cards.

How to Start a Return

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide:

A prepaid return shipping label
Instructions for completing the return

Please note: We cannot accept returns that have not been approved in advance.

Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns are free of charge for customers.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@valeja.eu so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
